ZAAI Client Portal
The ZAAI Client Portal is the web app where our clients track their AI automations, approve what those automations are allowed to do, and connect their own email inbox so the assistant can help out in it.
What the portal is for
The portal is the only place where a ZAAI client sees their automations and controls them. There, the client can see what each automation has done, how much time it has saved, which tasks are waiting for the client's approval, and which accounts are connected. The portal is used by businesses that have an active agreement with us. It isn't open for public sign-up, and access is granted by personal invitation.
The email assistant
Our most common automation helps out in a company's shared inbox. Once the client has connected their inbox, the assistant reads incoming emails, works out what each one is about and how urgent it is, adds a label so staff can see what's already been sorted, and prepares a draft reply.
The draft is never sent on its own. Someone at the client's business reads it through and hits send. The assistant doesn't delete any emails or change any settings in the inbox.
How the inbox is connected
The connection is always started by the client themselves, from inside the portal, from a task that describes what needs approving. The client logs in directly with their email provider, Google or Microsoft, and approves the permissions there. ZAAI never sees the client's password.
- A connection applies to one specific inbox that the client chooses themselves.
- The permissions are limited to what the automation actually needs.
- The client can disconnect at any time in the portal. That revokes access with the provider and deletes our copy of the key.
How we handle access
The key that grants access to the inbox is exchanged on our server and stored encrypted in a separate key vault, kept apart per connection. It never leaves the server, is never shown in the portal, and is never written to logs. We don't sell on any information, and we don't use it for anything other than the automation the client has ordered.
